EU funded Project “Continued of Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine” is looking for an Analyst

Duration: Full-Time (part-time TBD)
Reports to: Senior Analyst and Team Leader
Overview
The Analyst will support the EU4PAR project in its mission to assist with Public Administration Reform (PAR) in Ukraine. The role involves providing analytical support to various activities aimed at improving public administration, its system and business processes as well as policies in Ukraine. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and support project implementation and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to public administration reforms and administrative services.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for stakeholders, including the Government and EU partners.
- Conduct desk research on relevant legislative frameworks, EU standards, and best practices in public administration.
- Assist in the organization of training programs, workshops, and events for government officials and public servants.
- Proactively collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of project outputs and recommendations.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field (in case of Bachelor’s degree TBD).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), other ICT analytical tools relevant for the job.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in EU integration processes, public administration reform, and governance.
Desirable
- Previous experience or internships in public administration sector, EU projects, or international organizations.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian public administration system or reform processes is an asset.
