EU funded project “Continued Support to Comprehensive Reform of Public Administration in Ukraine (EU4PAR2)” implemented by Corporate & Public Management Consulting International (CPM), invites all interested IT Service Providers to submit their interest in providing professional IT Services for the Development of software for the Modernization of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services to Implement the Pilot Project for Employment with the Tools of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
Who can apply:
Interested candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience in implementing at least 3 projects over the past 4 years, related to the development or modernisation of government ICT systems, as well as the launch of electronic services or integration solutions.
- Experience in integration with government registries, APIs and services.
- Experience in providing DevOps and CI/CD services, integrating secure development methodologies such as OWASP guidelines and secure coding principles.

The next step is subject to the availability of funding. The language of the procedure will be English. Any information submitted in a language other than English (e.g., Ukrainian) must be accompanied by a translation into English, the language of the procedure.
