Modern public service increasingly requires specialists capable of driving positive change through innovative project management practices. Addressing this need, 46 representatives of Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy completed a comprehensive project management course last week, organized with the support of the EU4PAR program.
This training not only provided participants with essential knowledge and skills but also laid a foundation for transformative changes within the ministry. According to participants, project management will enhance the Ministry of Economy’s flexibility and responsiveness, which are crucial in a rapidly evolving economic and social environment.

Project management skills will support productivity improvements across individual departments and within the Deputy Minister of Economy’s team. These newly acquired skills will empower specialists to coordinate work more effectively, enabling the ministry to achieve its goals with greater quality and impact.
